    Personal Life

    Tessa Niles was born Tessa Margaret Webb on 27 January 1961 in Ilford, Essex, England. She began her professional singing career in 1979 and quickly became one of the UK's most sought-after session vocalists. She was previously married to American musician Richard Niles and later married Eduardo Chivambo Mondlane Jr., with whom she has twins. Tessa continues to live and work in the UK and is also the author of the memoir Backtrack - The Voice Behind Music's Greatest Stars.

    The Robbie Williams Band

    Tessa Niles was a member of the Robbie Williams Live Band from 2000 until 2003. She performed backing vocals during televised specials and major concerts, including the 2003 Live at Knebworth shows and The Robbie Williams Show recorded at Pinewood Studios in 2002. Her role included ensemble harmonies and vocal support, contributing to the band's overall sound during Robbie's early solo peak.

    She was part of a vocal lineup that included Katie Kissoon and Claire Worrall, and her experience as a high-profile session singer brought polish and consistency to Robbie's live arrangements.
