No Regrets - XXV

No Regrets XXV is a re recorded version of Robbie Williams’ 1998 single No Regrets, released in 2022 as part of the anniversary album XXV. The original track appeared on I’ve Been Expecting You and became one of Williams’ early solo hits.

The XXV edition was recorded with the Metropole Orkest and produced by Jules Buckley, in keeping with the orchestral concept of the album. The new arrangement replaces the late 1990s pop rock production with expanded strings and symphonic dynamics, while maintaining the song’s melodic structure.

Written by Williams with Guy Chambers, No Regrets addresses themes of reflection and reconciliation. The updated vocal performance carries a more mature tone, shaped by years of live interpretation and distance from the song’s original context.

Released as part of the XXV project, No Regrets XXV revisits a formative moment in Williams’ solo career, reframing one of his signature songs within a contemporary orchestral setting.
