The Christmas Present

The Christmas Present was released in November 2019 as Robbie Williams’ first dedicated Christmas album. Issued as a double album, it combined original festive compositions with cover versions of seasonal standards and contemporary holiday songs.

The record is divided into two discs, titled “Christmas Past” and “Christmas Future”. The first focuses on reinterpretations of established Christmas material, while the second features newly written songs co authored by Williams. Guest contributors across the album include Rod Stewart, Bryan Adams, Jamie Cullum and Tyson Fury, reflecting its collaborative scope.

Musically, the album blends big band arrangements, orchestral production and contemporary pop elements. The original songs sit alongside familiar classics, positioning the project as both a traditional Christmas collection and an extension of Williams’ established pop style.
